The ladies’ court is a public enclave created inside the cloister of the monastery. The isolation of the monks is marked by a wall, frank limit that the visitor crosses through a gap to access the courtyard, open and sober space, structured as a cloister (symbolic representation of the monastery), surrounded by a walkway to along the buildings, which distributes the spaces of the visitor: porter, parlors, refectory, chapel, showroom, toilets, shelter for vagrants. The pedestrian access is not focused directly on the door, their course is guided through the courtyard by the development of the beds. 4 flower beds reveal the beauty of the trees and order the courtyard in 4 cardinal directions: from the entrance to the gatehouse, from the chapel to the family garden. Their path is articulated in the center and gradually reveals the whole yard.
